J. Richardi Construction, Inc., headquartered in Warren, ME was
founded by Joseph and Joan Richardi in 1979 and continues today as
a family run business. J. Richardi Construction, Inc. offers
building experience and project management expertise for
residential, commercial, industrial, medical and historical
projects in the State of Maine and the Midcoast Area. The
company is also a dealer and erector of metal buildings.
J.Richardi Construction,Inc. specializes in architecturally
designed waterfront homes. The company employs
experienced, skilled craftsmen to complete all phases of work and is fully bonded and insured.
Some of the projects completed in the area include the Pen Bay Women's Center in
Rockport, The Rockland Savings and Loan, the Knox Mill in
Camden, the Bowdoin Mill in
Topsham, FrontierVision (now Pen Bay Medical Data Center), Pen
Bay Urology Building, the Rockland Public Library Addition and
Renovation, the addition to the Hope Elementary School, Schatz
Fletcher Building in Augusta, Midcoast Family Dentistry in
Rockport, and the addition to the Appleton Village School.
